"I first met Marie Drew when looking for a second home to buy in the Gulfport area. She showed me a home she had listed, and I was very impressed with how clean it was and how simply and tastefully it was staged. It turns out Marie does her own staging and keeps a warehouse of furnishing for that purpose, something she enjoys doing! I didn't end up buying that home, but through our exchange at the time I felt she would have handled the transaction professionally and efficiently. So when it came time to sell my home, I recalled Marie Drew first out of the countless other realtors I had met. Prior to even contracting with her, she had pulled all of the city records on the house and was well prepared. She knew I would be out of town, and took the reins on helping to get the house ready for sale, from meeting with contractors, to staging and attending to the finer details, to a strategically targeted marketing plan. Additionally, she took the initiative to contact the county to make sure that the square footage of my home showed up correctly so there would be no problems with the appraisal. "Marie was a total pro from start to finish. This was an inherited property with lots of issues and surprises to work through. The situation was complicated with multiple owners in different locations. We sold our home for the full asking price very soon after we signed the contract. She continued to work us through the hiccups that popped up along the way through closing. Marie's expertise gave us 10 times the value of her commission. I would recommend her without hesitation."
